The Perfect Day

 

 

The rain stopped and we loaded up the boat and the boys and took off for Lake Winona. It was a beautiful afternoon. We started out at 3 o' clock with the boys and pulled the boat out of the water at 10 o'clock with the addition of my dad and minus Coop and Cam. I can't believe Kyle made it that long. He didn't complain once. We caught lots of small bass, crappies, sunnies, a few walleye and some perch. My dad caught a nice walleye that we kept and a 3lb ish bass that we admired and then kissed goodbye. It was a super fun time.

The 3 Pees

I am a mom of three boys. nuff said. A recent visit to the bathroom sent me over the edge. As I entered the bathroom I stepped in "it" then I proceeded to sit in "it". Really? I love my boys but stepping in pee and then sitting in it was just too much for me. I did what any mom would certainly do, I started to sob. Yeah, that's right, I cried. My three sons looked at me with fright and then ran off to their toys. I sat there for a while in all my glory and then sat there some more. I'm still sitting here. My legs are asleep and I can't move. When you send help tell them to watch their step.
